Text Box: North and South Courtyards at the Chattanoogan Completed: Spring 2004 Architect: Franklin Associates Owner: City of Chattanooga Project Manager: Corey Griffin Superintendent: Barry Henderson The project consisted of creating landscaped courtyards in an existing area confined by retaining walls. All excavation had to be hoisted out of the area with a crane. The walk ways were constructed of precast concrete pavers from Nitterhouse Concrete Products in Pennsylvania. New trees and shrubs were added with a new irrigation system.   -------------------------
