Text Box: Bluff View Residence for the Bell’s Completed: Spring Of 2001 Architect: Tennessee Log Homes ( Dan McGee & Joe Parrott ) Superintendent: Chris Smith Owner: Air Force General Anthony (Bud) and Claudia Bell A unique custom design log home with approximately 6,500 sf of living space and 2,500 sf attached garage for Bud’s classic collection of antique cars and Harley motorcycles. The challenging aspect for this project was choosing the best location on the bluff that would fit with the design of the completed building plans. The most important accomplishment with this project is that we became friends with the Bell’s during the construction and have remained friends with them long after the project was completed. Addition # 1 Completed Summer of 2001 Log frame and beam, screened in Gazebo on the high point of bluff. Addition # 2 Completed Summer of 2003 2,500 sf garage, once again for Bud’s growing collection of antique cars and cycles. The Bell’s biggest concern was to make this structure fit with the surroundings and match the existing log home
